Field notes
Honeycomb Canyon is the headline — a huge, sheltered powder amphitheater that stays soft for days after a storm — surrounded by quiet groomers and glades. The name is accurate; it's the Cottonwoods without the frenzy.
Full Ikon access. The small European-style village is pleasant but sleepy; most visitors stay in the valley. It pairs naturally with Brighton up the same canyon, and the powder-per-person ratio is the best in the Cottonwoods.
